Every person has a unique understanding and perception, due to differences in sensory capacities. That is exactly how we humans are designed if we all would be the same in our appearances we would never be able to experience anything.

There are also differences in the experience of pain and emotions, therefore it is very important to become self-aware. This means full focus on the 'one' living in this body, find out what designs you, the energies flowing inside you with all your flaws and characteristics.

There is nobody outside yourself that can tell you, you are capable of sensing the most subtle energies in your body.

If your connection with yourself is growing, you will start to register changes faster and become more aware of the signals your body is sending out to you.

The sooner you notice, the quicker you can adapt yourself to changes or take measurements to heal and a healthy body.

The only thing you have to do is start feeling again and noticing what is happening on the inside of your body. It is a kind of training or practice that will help you raise your self-awareness and understanding.

The dynamic of Yin and Yang is a natural force or energy currency running between the extremities of polarities.

The old Sages already knew of the existence of polarity in this universe from their Observations. What was then, still exists now.

Yin and Yang are two complementary forces, working together in the form of exchanging energy . They are opposite forces, Magnetism and Electricity, Pulling and Pushing and their presence can be witnessed by all of us.

Everything is related to this dynamic, both forces are present in every human being in the form of Female and Male energy.

It doesn't matter if you are in a female or male body form, Yin and Yang are causing the energy fluctuations and sensations you experience in your body.

The Ancient Wisdom somewhere in time came up with the Yin-Yang symbol, representing the working of the dynamic flow.

If you are interested in the dynamic, you can put the Yin-Yang symbol on every sentient being and organism in life. Even your cat and dog, nature, situations, activities etcetera. They all are influenced and changed by the current dynamic pattern.

On a societal level, we can use the yin-yang dynamic as well. It is a wave-like pattern, we can even put on our fluctuating economy, the weather, our bank account.

If something reaches its extreme there will always appear the flipping point toward the counter force. Yin becoming (more) Yang, Yang becoming (more) Yin.

Everything in nature responds to human activity, therefore each human being has the chance to be in connection with nature for healing. Healing is being in proper (healthy) connection with the natural organic whole, being part of something bigger than the tiny person-body or Ego-mind.

These are only a few examples to make it easier for you to relate to what we are speaking of here.

Nowadays the many are struggling with growing health issues and the many seem to be related to stress. So what does this tell you?

As compensation to the extreme Yang force, we could voluntarily move into the Yin energy of stillness, relaxation, restfulness, peacefulness, stop chasing, stop hurrying etcetera.

Take a closer look at what it is you are running after. Is it in the material realm of work, career, gadgets, material things (cars, houses, money, etcetera)? If you are aware of the dynamic, you will know that at some point there is a boundary in the material world. You will know that the flipping point comes near as soon as you reach expansion, you only don't know when that point will come.

Therefore, if you wonder about the extremities in this world, you can start to look with your own eyes and figure out how the dynamic is playing out in your personal life. Maybe it will help set boundaries in the form of enough is enough.

Because each individual human being is able to make choices in each and every moment .

But also, become realistic enough to know that humanity is an organic whole. Everything is interconnected (you don't need an electronic device for that, it IS!), you can put the Yin-Yang symbol on the totality of this world and know that the currency of money is being influenced by this dynamic as well.

Just know that there is a form of balancing act playing itself out, it is a Collective issue.

Become aware that if you are in extreme expansion, you will someday have to face the opposite. So why not start balancing your account right now?

Humanity means being and acting as sentient human beings, and that means, being and living as an organic interconnected whole.

Humans have the capacity to be response-able, they have the intelligence to make the right decisions and be wise.

Nature of the Daoist universe

If we understand the ‘Dao’ or the Way not only as of the cosmic way, but at a fundamental level as an act of ‘speech’ then we can construct an interpretation of ‘Dao’ not only as of the matrix of the universe , but also a means of communication between the three fundamental realities of the universe: humans, the earth and heaven .

Daoism embraces an important paradox and this paradox runs throughout its history: on the one hand, the way is active to be sought and to be attained; on the other hand, the flourishing of things are achieved by letting them be. All of this suggests that the Daoist world has an irreducibly reciprocal character of continuous action and re-action. The harmony that is sought in the Daoist worldview is thus not a static harmony, but a dynamic creative harmony that is far more than the sum of its parts. Often this harmony is symbolized in ways that might seem magical or superstitious to the Western mind, but this appearance stems from our failure to appreciate the radically dynamic and self-transformative nature of the Daoist universe, a universe in which caterpillars ‘magically’ turn into butterflies. All these things are possible not because of some divine power that exists beyond the limits of human understanding, but because this radical creativity or ‘supernatural’ power is built into the natural constitution of the universe. Realizing that the world is actually like this leads naturally to a sense of awe and wonder. Where does all this extraordinary power come from? The answer is that it lies in the Dao, the Way itself .

That is, the power of transformation that is inherent within things does not come from any external source or creator, but rather ‘wells up’ within things causing them to have life and to grow. Thus, the Way is nothing more than the Power that lies within things, and the Power is itself the manifestation of the Way . Without the universe, there would be no Way, and without the Way, there would be no universe. This is just another example of the inherently reciprocal character of the Daoist world or Journey .

When shit hits the fan?....Embrace this moment, because it gives you a second chance to enter a peaceful, joyful and happy life!

Mostly if people are feeling happy in life and everything seems to be going well, there are no questions because they feel satisfied.

There is nothing wrong with that because it is part of life's experience.

That life circumstances can change rapidly is what some people have already experienced.

Things like losing a loved one, disease and illness (losing health), losing a job, becoming bankrupt, living in war zone etcetera, all are stirring up feelings and emotions due to stress.

Stress mostly is caused by negative emotions, and fear is a very big one!

First, we may be rolling up our sleeves and step into the emotional roller coaster, going up and down in our war zone battle.

Until we begin to notice that such a war is a never-ending battle moving from situation to situation. It is like layer upon layer is coming into existence and appearing in life.

You may even start to feel like not being born for luck anyway, and a small change inside yourself arises.

There you are, looking at the product of your life and wondering if you really are the one who created such a mess.

Just welcome this moment. You have reached a turning point and it may feel like a total crash and breaking point in your personal life.

At the same time, many questions may come up, propelling you into a quest or search for answers about yourself. About the real meaning and purpose of your life . Maybe you will start looking around for people who can tell you and give you the answer.

Be sure that you can have answers, outside yourself there are millions of them to find, and all are different.

At a certain point, it may appear to become a new roller coaster ride, in another form, that can also become a bumpy one because of the many impressions and experiences you go through. You will be going to and fro, moving from one topic to another until you are really becoming exhausted. And then, again, it is time to give that up.

There you are, standing alone and facing a big question mark above your head.

We want to reassure you, that in truth this is what life is all about. Somehow we seem to be grasping hold on things that give us a feeling of security and safety . And as soon as we are feeling safe and warm, we really love to cuddle ourselves in that situation. But life (existence) in its natural form doesn't function that way. Life is nature, nature is cyclical change through patterns. And we are part of that.

As soon as you start to recognize this, you will want to become a master of cyclical wave surfing. Because you know that the only thing you can do, is surfing the waves and go with the flow. You may become willing to embrace life in all its changefulness, and start rolling with it. Depending on your inhabited thought patterns and habits, you can enjoy the ride or battle it, over and over again.

The good news is, you can unlearn and relearn your inhabited patterns and make individual changes inside yourself. It is an inner process and a great possibility for a life changer that will pay itself off.

We encourage you to take a break, a little standstill, to find out if what we are describing here could be your personal life story as well.

If you recognize yourself in this, you may want to do something to make positive changes in your day-to-day life. No matter how hard life has become for you, you can do it.

Stop, turn around, look at life as it is now, and say Yes! Yes, I can, Yes I will!

The only thing is, that you cannot resolve your issues with perpetual mind thinking (over-thinking) but have to start relying on what you feel. And it is not what your mind is telling you to feel, because that is a trap from the mind trying to hold you in its grip.

We know that this sounds like a contradiction in terms, and do not let your mind start figuring this out because it will lead to more insecurities and perpetual thinking.

Instead, we encourage people to move their attention inwardly for a different kind of knowing.

Don't you feel it is time to get to know yourself better first? Before you decide your next step in your life, get to know your deepest inner core and reconnect yourself with that.

There you will find your answers, your guidance to whatever you wish to experience.

It is the guidance you can rely on, it is where your unique life purpose and potential is stored.

Don't you feel it is time to trust yourself in your life?

Self-mastery is what we call the process of exploration , where you take time to unlearn things that are proven not helpful for yourself and step into a make-over or recreation of your individual life. It is an inside job.

Who you truly are!

Far before the year 0 the old ones had figured out the workings of our Universe. They spend their daily lives observing their environment, the cyclic patterns of the Universe with all its infinite organisms and appearances. Life was quite different from nowadays, they did not have the technologies we have, and we may assume that there was another kind of complexity going on which made them do what they did.

Mankind is living (floating) in space right now, mostly spending time with technological gadgets and connecting with others through ether. Most people seem to be happy with it, talking to screens instead of talking to a person in real life looking each other in the eyes.

The eyes are the mirrors of the soul is what wisdom tells us. And it truly is.

Every person can recognize another person by eye-contact, yet many people have become shy and withdrawn.

Humans are given a heart, which is a faculty for feeling and sensing and mostly a warm place of understanding between people that are connected. The heart is our central connection point, the center in the body from where we can feel our way through life and connect with our inner being as well as with the outer world. Technology is a cold energy, it has no heart, it is not human. Therefore, we should not be connected with it for too long because it is draining and exhausting our energies.

Nature has a heart too, the earth has a heart being measured as Schumann resonance . If we are silent and able to feel more subtle energies, we can feel the heartbeat of the earth and are even influenced by its fluctuations. The earth is a whole organism, you may see it as a body with its organs and functioning. Earth's functioning is Nature, with its Volcano's, Earthquakes, Oceans, Forests etc which all are interconnected with the cosmos (sun, moon, planets etc) and all other organisms living on the planet (animals, plants, humans etc).

Wei Wu Wei in Chinese is non-doing or doing nothing.

Wei Wu Wei is closely connected to the Dao reverence for the natural world.

Wei Wu Wei or Wu Wei means in Chinese “non-doing or ‘doing nothing ”. It sounds like a pleasant invitation to relax or worse, fall into laziness or apathy. Yet this concept is key to the noblest kind of action according to the philosophy of Dao and is at the heart of what it means to follow Dao or The Way . According to the central text of Dao philosophy, the Dao De Jing: ‘The Dao never acts yet nothing is left undone’.

This is the paradox of Wu Wei. It doesn’t mean not acting, it means ‘effortless action’ or ‘action less action’. It means being at peace while engaged in the most frenetic tasks so that one can carry these out with maximum skill and efficiency.

Wu Wei is closely connected to the Dao reverence for the natural world, for it means striving to make our behavior as spontaneous and inevitable as certain natural processes, and to ensure that we are swimming with rather than against currents. We are to be like the bamboo that bends in the wind. Wu Wei involves letting go of ideas that we may otherwise try to force too violently onto things; it invites us instead to respond to the true demands of situations, which tend only to be noticed when we put our own ego-driven plans aside. What can follow is a loss of self-consciousness , a new unity between the self and its environment, which releases energy that is normally held back by an overly aggressive, willful style of thinking.

A good life could not be attained by Wei Wu Wei alone — but this Dao lifestyle concept captures distinctive wisdom we may sometimes be in desperate need of, when we are in danger of damaging ourselves through an overly stern and unyielding adherence to ideas which simply cannot fit the demands of the world as it is.

To start further talking about Wu Wei, we have to remember that it is not an absolute passivity in the physical or intellectual level, and almost all sinologists agree with that, is always some sort of doing/non-doing or doing/non-doing of something. The notion of Wu Wei is ambiguous and its meaning fluctuates according to what meaning is given to the negation wú and the affirmation Wei. It is easy to realize that every affirmation and even every rational thought about Wu Wei is a form of acting Wei. As it will be shown in the article every, even the most insightful, idea leaves the possibility to go further in the direction of negation’s aspect of Wu Wei.

Therefore, Stop trying. Stop trying not to try. Stop stopping. Good fortune lies in stopping when it is time to stop. If you do not stop, this is called galloping while sitting. The notion of stopping appears together with its reverse — inability to stop. This concept of “galloping while sitting” or rushing while sitting means perpetually worried state of heart-mind that is so common these days. Most of the contemporary people are literally sitting while working. They do not feel peaceful and comfortable themselves, nevertheless. Seeking for inner peace they take outer measures such as vitamins, alcohol, extra day off, and so on. We should not think that our lives are more intensive or busy than the lives of people in ancient China. Zhuang Zi, however, was an exceptional philosopher who proposed to change the heart-mind instead of trying to change the world.

Tao teaches a person to drop expectations. The more expectations you have for your life, the less you will become. A Tao Sage lives life without expectations, living in the here and now . People also need a few expectations as it’s part of navigating their story. Here is a trick. Create only a single expectation at a time for that future experience. For example, an expectation you will smile or have some fun. That’s it! Don’t place any learning or changing into your expectations. If you do, this plants the seed for the opposite to occur, by creating a single simple expectation such as smiling, this then becomes something you can always fulfill since you can empower that action to happen. Any expectation more complicated or relying on something outside yourself just sets up the future to not meeting your needs. Dropping expectation is very important.

People expect and think that the goal of life is perfection, it’s not. Work both at being good at something while also embracing the various little faults in life. Imperfections end up being critical defining characteristics of each of us. The little bits of imperfection we each have are elements of chaos that give each person individuality and distinction!

Wu Wei meaning. It sounds like a pleasant invitation to relax or worse, fall into laziness or apathy. Yet this concept..

Wu Wei means in Chinese “non-doing or ‘doing nothing”. It sounds like a pleasant invitation to relax or worse, fall into laziness or apathy. Yet this concept is key to the noblest kind of action according to the philosophy of Dao and is at the heart of what it means to follow Dao or The Way. According to the central text of Dao, the Dao De Jing: ‘The Dao never acts yet nothing is left undone’.

This is the paradox of Wu Wei Wu . It doesn’t mean not acting, it means ‘effortless action’ or ‘actionless action’. It means being at peace while engaged in the most frenetic tasks so that one can carry these out with maximum skill and efficiency.

Wu Wei is closely connected to the Dao reverence for the natural world , for it means striving to make our behavior as spontaneous and inevitable as certain natural processes, and to ensure that we are swimming with rather than against currents. We are to be like the bamboo that bends in the wind.

Wu Wei involves letting go of ideas that we may otherwise try to force too violently onto things; it invites us instead to respond to the true demands of situations, which tend only to be noticed when we put our own ego-driven plans aside. What can follow is a loss of self-consciousness, a new unity between the self and its environment, which releases energy that is normally held back by an overly aggressive, willful style of thinking.

A good life could not be attained by Wu Wei alone – but this Dao lifestyle concept captures a distinctive wisdom we may at times be in desperate need of, when we are in danger of damaging ourselves through an overly stern and unyielding adherence to ideas which simply cannot fit the demands of the world as it is.

Dao means simply the Way. For some it is the Ultimate Reality, a presence that existed before the universe was formed

Tao means a.o. “the Way.” Simply put, the way is understood to mean the way of nature. Sages see the cycles of nature and the constant change in the natural world as earthly signs of a great and universal force. They call this unseen force Dao or Tao. For some it is the Ultimate Reality, a presence that existed before the universe was formed and that continues to guide the world and everything in it. Like water feeding the earth, it gives birth to and nourishes everything but makes no claim to importance. Like water the wise person will work without calling attention to himself or herself, will do what is right and fair, and will become attuned to the nature of things. That person will understand. In Tao simply being, or getting along as nature does, comes ahead of achievement. Too much pride causes people to be brought low. Like water, Tao Sages and Masters take the low ground. Water in itself is soft and yielding but it melts the hardest things. It lies in the low places of the earth but it nourishes all life. This is the “valley spirit,” which never dies.

The legend of Lao Tzu

Little is known about the author of the book. Supposedly he was born in 604 BCE in Ku County, which today is known as Luyi County in Henan province. The legend goes that Lao Tzu wrote the 81 verses after he decided to leave his house in Henan, where he worked as a keeper of the imperial archives. Already being old and wanting to retire to the mountains, he packed up his things and set off on his donkey. When he reached the border gate between China and the wild, he was stopped by a border guard, who asked him about life’s truth. In exchange for passage, Lao Tzu would have to share his wisdom with the guard. According to the story, Lao Tzu dismounted from his donkey and wrote the entire Tao Te Ching in one sitting. After that, he was allowed passage through the gate, never to be seen or heard from again. Naturally, the truth of this legend has been questioned and contested. Some historians claim the book is a collection of centuries of wisdom, not written by Lao Tzu alone. Some even claim Lao Tzu is a fabricated character, made up from bits and pieces of several other existing people.

Everything has its Season. Be in the present

Even history has it's season. Every part of history has its season, and we could even make a weather-report for every situation we encounter in life.

When looking back in history, we can see that there has been a huge expansion taking place on the planet. We may look at history as a book or movie that has been unfolding itself through different scenarios (we all know at least a few parts of it from hear-say, books, movies etc.).

We are even able to feel into the different aspects that have been in this world, there are many places that can be visited and still have a certain resonance (energy) going around of what has been. High Sensitive Persons HSP or Sensitive’s (em paths) sometimes can literally feel the atmosphere (inside themselves) and are picking up information, maybe in the form of memories.

Memories are feelings, sensations which are stored in our data, which we seem to have forgotten about (unconscious).

The unconscious can become conscious again through life-experiences and encounters. Sometimes we may feel awkward inside our being, not knowing where it comes from but ruling the atmosphere at the moment (which is individually felt in each human being). It is all perception, information which is gathered by perceiving of thoughts, feelings and sensations.

If we are aware, we are in the mode of a receiver which is able to gather information by presence. We do not even have to judge, we may only register all goings-on and move forward.

Everything has its Season

Every part of history has its own season, and we could even make a weather-report for every situation we encounter in life.

In our kitchens we use the word 'Seasoning' which means 'giving taste and flavor by spices and herbs'. Our most common activities seem to have a connection with simplicity and ease. You are the one that has the power to chose your own taste and flavoring, you already know what you want and what your favorites are and what are not. You only need to tap into your compass at the core or your inner being to remember.

It may be difficult, but entering this state of being will happen sooner if you are able to put aside all distractions from the outside (all sorts of media, crowded places, and tapping into a tranquil sphere within yourself ). There is no need to be afraid, you will enter the natural state of consciousness where every human being is connected to.

Take a moment to be still, are you able to be like that? Or is your mind going on with loads of thoughts and chatter? Thoughts are normal for a human being, they are coming from the inside of ourselves. However, it is the mind that is able to make thoughts go in many directions, assumptions, storytelling, fantasies etc. If that happens, the mind is changing reality into something different and taking you on a tour (as if you are going on holiday).

If you are able to be in the present (moment), you are the Presence itself , you are the point of stillness and watch everything appear and disappear. Your vision will become clear, you will be able to respond to whatever is meant for you with ease. And you are in alignment with the seasons, which have their natural course. As a human being you are part of that, you are part of everything happening on this planet because everything is acting out simultaneously (as a whole).

This is an encouragement to move along with the Winds of Change , we are in a phase of extremities which are caused by ultimate expansion. If you learn to balance yourself (that is our main focus at Chi-Full), you will become inner peaceful and be able to go with the flow of life. You will know what to do to work together with those changes, instead of going against them you will move with them at ease. This lifetime is a challenge for the human species , which is facing the energies (and stress and discomforts) of a Technological and artificial environment . Each individual is allowed to choose if it keeps holding on to turbulence or decides to let go and embark on another journey. Which is the calling of the inner Self to inquire into the natural inner being which is infinite and eternally here now.

Living connected with Nature. Earth is giving us everything we need to build and maintain our body, which is our vehicle in life and helps us move through this life experience.

Human beings are deeply connected to Nature, it is our root cause for being here on earth.

Earth is giving us everything we need to build and maintain our body, which is our vehicle in life and helps us move through this life experience.

Our body is made of the 4 elements, air, water, fire, metal which are together parts of Earth.

This is the main reason why it is very important to nourish our body with natural elements needed for a healthy living. Our body is a very sensible system which is balancing itself by selecting everything it needs to survive and thrive. It also disposes itself from waste if it is functioning well.

At the same time human beings are part of the cyclic patterns of the seasons . Every season has its own characteristics and manifestations. The seasons are also influenced by the forces of Yin and Yang, like everything in the Cosmos.

That is why we keep pointing at those forces in our teachings, because everything is influenced by them and knowing about them will make it possible to navigate through life with your body by adapting to the currents of life itself.

It is almost the same thing as reading a map, or choosing when to go out for your activities. You wish to pick the right timing for every activity you want to do. For example, if you wish to go on a summer holiday and bathe in the sun you will not pick a winter location for that. Some activities need dry weather, and you are not able to do them with rain.

Your body needs to be cared for in a “natural” way, to keep it fit and healthy. The body therefore needs to be in alignment with the seasons as well. At Chi-Full we are working on becoming in alignment with the energies of the moment (which is the season as well), helping you to become a master of your own Chi which means peace, balance and harmony in body mind and spirit . We continually bring our focus and attention to the current (circumstances) and flow with life itself.

Today we want to share a tip with regard to Summer heat, which is a Yang (Fire) energy and knows different gradations (from little to extreme). Right now the Northern Hemisphere is in Summer, the Southern Hemisphere is in Winter time (being complementary opposites of Yin and Yang on Earth).

We are experiencing extremities all over the world, we all could see that and sense it for ourselves at the place where we are At this moment. In the West we have a habit to go to beaches and sunbathing in swimwear to become nicely tanned. However, if we take a look at people in the desert, we can see that there is no way to lay in the desert in bikinis for a tan. We have to learn to adapt to those extremities, to be a guard for our own body and protect our energies from becoming depleted and drawn from us.

This is not something that is learned at school, we notice people performing activities that are harmful to the body and shortening the lifespan.

Living natural, means exactly what it says…living in accordance (alignment) with the seasons. Knowing that most artificial things are harmful to the body, even though they may seem handy, easy or helpful. The cold produced by an air-conditioning may feel pleasant, but at the same time it attacks the body's natural chi-movements . They could easily lead to disturbances and stagnation in health.

Focus at:

- breath (relaxed and natural breathing deep into the belly)

- relaxation

- hydration , drink enough pure and clear water

- balanced movement (no extremities, just keep your heart-rate at normal level)

- rest (take enough sleep, do not do that in the sun but withdraw yourself into the shade)

- food (plenty (watery) fruits and vegetables) to dispel heat from the body (but do not overdo with icy-cold foods)

- stay away from irritations, toxicity (other people can be toxic too)

These are things to focus as if you want to experience the results (harvest!) of a healthy Summer in Autumn and/or Winter. Your body will be grateful for that.

This is also what is meant with the saying: "You reap what you sow", just keep that in mind.

Shift your approach in every season, adapt yourself to the changes and take care of your own (individual) climate control. Become and stay balanced and healthy.

The Sage is guided by what he feels, not by what he sees

Guided by nature you will become much more clear towards the happenings in the inner and outer world as well.

The headliner is so true, but at the same time questions may arise when trying to implement this phrase in real life.

When looking at the outside world, we see with our eyes and feelings arise. That is the most common happening for most people. And there is a huge variety of feelings at our disposal.

What is meant by the phrase about " the Sage is guided by what he feels, not by what he sees" is that the Sage has at a certain point in life started investigating his inner world. It may have started by feeling inside his body, sensing the movements and activities going on in the body during each moment of the day. For example, you drink a cup of tea and you follow the tea flowing into your body and witness the sensations from that happening.

Or, you were confronted with something in the outer world and instead of the action - reaction habit, you first turn inwardly to start witnessing your inner movements and feelings to find out what is really going on.

Many times you will be surprised about your own inner world .

What is required for this 'witnessing' is becoming still, just turning your vision back inside yourself and noticing what happens.

Of course, you will have to be alone for that at first without distractions from things around you. Maybe you will not notice immediately, there may be thoughts coming up or other issues that are going around on the inside of yourself. But there is no need to go with those, except if you feel you need to. There is nothing to be afraid of either, because there simply is no reason to be afraid of yourself (you are your own best friend!)

If you keep doing this practice every day, you will begin training yourself at a regular basis, on the long run it will become natural to turn inwardly more frequently and in the end you will not even notice that you are doing it this anymore. It has become natural again.

What we want to share here, is that it is possible to become much more aligned with yourself and your most subtle inner body (your natural state of being).

From your natural inner state of being, you will become much more clear towards the happenings in the outer world as well. You do not always need your eyes anymore to tell you what you see, because your intuition will guide you.

What we present here now, are the first basic steps to start with. But we can assure you that a tremendous deepening will start to grow gradually, as long as you keep inquiring into the depths of your own being.

This is what is meant by " the Sage is guided by what he feels, not by what he sees ".

Do you really want low prices? Working with yourself is the greatest gift in life, because you are the one that can make you feel pleasant inside. And if you are able to feel pleasant inside, your outer circumstances will become more pleasant as well.

Since Spring started we are generally influenced by a yang-energy, which stands for the male energy action movement and heat (for instance).

We want to share some thought about this, because we can see for ourselves that our environment is in high speed at 24/7 gearing up and hardly gearing down.

If we do not want to get in troubles and stressed out for ourselves, we need to take conscious moments to scan our inner status and feel deeply into ourselves how we are doing.

Do you need to lower your speed? Step on the break sometimes to take a time-out or cooling down?

Working with yourself is the greatest gift in life, because you are the one that can make you feel pleasant inside. And if you are able to feel pleasant inside, your outer circumstances will become more pleasant as well.

There are many possibilities and tools available, you are really allowed to choose for yourself to spend time alone and help yourself become refreshed and replenished if necessary. Actually, it may be time to realize that you are mostly limited in your possibilities of helping others. You can help people see things for themselves and be like a road sign guiding people in a more helpful direction. Mostly that is because you have experienced that for yourself, so you know what you are talking about.

Experiencing all different possibilities in life, that is what life is about…you and the experience are one. And luckily, good and bad are only temporary circumstances because everything is always moving on. So if you feel sometimes stuck , just allow yourself to be on hold and wait a little. Give time a chance to bring solutions and do not force but get along smoothly.

Do you have any idea why people are rushing through life anyway?

You can take a high speed train and rush through the landscape, hardly see anything. Or you can take a slow train and enjoy the view.

High speed, low prices. In this case we are questioning the usefulness of high speed and what we are gaining from that. Is our life a continuous emergency room, or are we here to Enjoy life ?

Enjoy Nature is well-being and the Sun giving us light and warmth, we need that to produce essential vitamins and processes in our bodies

Take time to r eplenish yourself outdoor, stand still, breathe and be happy .

Look what Nature is offering you to help you to be or become healthy. We are continuously connected with it, for example trees (plants) are producing our oxygen for breathing and keeping us alive.

The Sun is giving us light and warmth, we need that to produce essential vitamins and processes in our bodies. We might say that we humans are a lot like plants, depending on the light for our growth and development as well.

Spring is here, everything is moving forward again. Nature will start to pop open, new leaves will start to appear. We all will get a boost from that as well. The first colors appearing after wintertime, blossoms are telling us that it is time to become more active again. Now is the time to bring creativity in motion, it may be coming up as a gift from our winter-sleep and hibernating (which means contemplation , rest and stillness ).
